A2B Cleaning, Case Study

A newly founded local cleaning company needed help in different areas of web and design.

This was a fantastic opportunity to play with all the toys and put ourselves to the test, since our client required a logo design, website, flyers, business cards, and much more.

As with any project we do, we divided the tasks at hand in order of importance and in the correct sequence.

• Understanding: the very first thing was to fully understand how our client ambitioned the project, what colors to use, how to tell their story and project that to others.
• Logo Design: since this is a commercial and residential cleaning company, we produced a logo that communicates both, the client's colors and perspective.
• Web Design: the next logical step was to start developing their website. We wanted our client site to stand apart and incorporated different design elements that make it unique.
• Hosting and Certificate: as a logical step, we also set up the client's hosting account and SSL certificate.
• Promo design and printing: Promo design and printing: while the site was being built, we designed flyers, business cards, forms, and other work-related items. We also took charge of the printing and delivered the final product.
• Google package: once their website was live, we did all the necessary steps to have it indexed by Google, as well as including it in Google Analytics. We also created a Google Business profile with all the pertinent information including Google Maps.
• Facebook & Facebook Messenger: besides being present on FB, our client wanted to have the ability to receive contacts via this platform. We did set up their Facebook page, along with a direct chat feature, allowing direct communication from this channel to the client.

With all the goals set now accomplished, we see a happy client who in turn reports an increasing number of visits and contacts (leads) from different verticals - as expected.
